Technical Skills
- Project Managementfor Technology Development (PM certification preferable)
- MS Excel, MS Project
- JIRA or similar project management cum tracking tool
- MS SharePoint (preferable)
- Intermediate skilled in any of the Requirement design tools- Visio, Balsamiq is preferred. Manage project plan spanning requirements gathering, technology development, testing, client delivery and day to day operations and service tasks.
- Trackthe implementation ondaily basis, coordinate meetings with respective stakeholder responsible for delivery & call as required, ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the product team, QA & process analysts.
- Track the closure of production and non-production application issues/requests (using tools like JIRA) based on agreed plan & SLAs
Education & Working Experience
- BE/B.Tech, MCA/M.Sc.
- 10+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience with at least 3+ years of project management & delivery.
